Drew Mil of Scott Fyffe Wealth Management is delighted to announce that he will be sponsoring Professional Boxer, Charlie Doig for his upcoming fight on the 23rd of March in Glasgow and for the rest of 2023.
These funds will go towards nutrition and living costs while Charlie takes time off his work to prepare for his upcoming professional fight and for future fight camps throughout the year.
Charlie and Drew grew up as neighbours from a young age in Dundee and as Drew started his journey in business, he had promised Charlie when feasible he would help him with his boxing career.
Charlie has since signed a deal with St Andrew’s Boxing Club, recognised as the home of Scottish Boxing in 2022, Charlie then went on to win his first professional fight in November last year and is looking to build on this in 2023.
Charlie’s trainer Ricky Burns, is one of only three British boxers to have won world titles in three weight divisions and the first to do it from Scotland, with the experience of Ricky in Charlie’s corner this could be absolutely vital for his career.
